thinking about samuel seaburys big ass family .

bishop samuel seaburys father , reverend samuel seabury , had seven siblings — david seabury , john seabury , patience seabury / griswold , john seabury [ the other john had died ] , mary seabury / starr , sarah seabury / morgan and nathaniel seabury senior . he also had six paternal aunts , three paternal uncles , a paternal bibi [ gender is unknown ] , three maternal aunts and two maternal uncles .

his mother , abigail mumford / seabury , had only three brothers — thomas mumford the fourth , john mumford and caleb mumford . however , she also had six paternal uncles , three paternal aunts , six maternal aunts and three maternal uncles .

his STEPmother [ abigail mumford died in 1731 ] , elizabeth powell / seabury , had two sisters and a brother — esther powell , john powell and esther bernon powell / helme [ the other esther had died ] . the number of her paternal aunts / uncles are unknown , but she had four maternal aunts and three maternal uncles .

samuel seabury himself had NINE siblings , him being the second eldest — caleb seabury , adam seabury , richard seabury , john seabury , elizabeth seabury / tredwell , abigail seabury / van wyck , nathaniel seabury , david seabury and jane seabury .

he also had five children with his wife mary hicks , all of which names are unknown except for one of his sons , charles seabury .

his older brother caleb had one son , john seabury . adam , richard , john , nathaniel , david and janes children are all unknown . his little sister elizabeth had three daughters and seven sons , and his other sister , abigail , had two sons and two daughters . in total , he had ten nephews and five neices .

if i did my math correctly [ i probably didnt ] , he had thirteen aunts and uncles , fifteen nephews and neices , five children and forty great aunts and uncles .
