this is making my head hurt

i've had time to wind down. everything is still and quiet and i don't have much to worry about now, i'm out of the equation and i can't muster up the energy to feel bad about things i can't touch anymore. i don't know why i would be stressed. it's over. so why does it all still hurt so much?

is it stress?

maybe. god who knows at this point
