Its not gonna look good for a while but thats because you haven't trained your arms and hands enough for it. You'll catch up to the image in your head eventually. Most art is just muscle memory, and being able to guessetmate how long(or short) the proportions is. You think art is actually about learning anatomy? I never learned anatomy (or atleast formally) you dont need to know the name of every bone n muscle, just need to remember the shape and how it interacts with other parts of the body. I feel like i have enough merit for this, but if *i* dont know the name of this specific bone, you dont need to either! Not to mention i never went to any sort of art school either, i just picked up a pencil and started going and just never stopped. If i can get this far, so can you.
