Andersson’s Stubfoot Toad (Atelopus palmatus), family Bufonidae, endemic to eastern Ecuador
CRITICALLY ENDANGERED.
Endangered due to chytrid fungus and habitat loss.
This species had not been seen in several years, when it was once again encountered in 2022.
