Without night vision googles, if Webby has a nightmare, she's 100% relying on whether Beakley wakes up like "something's wrong", because she's too scared to get out of bed and walk around the Manor.

The moment she gets them, she can find her way to safety whenever she needs it (and also she feels like a badass spy, which is an instant mood booster)

anyways headcanon that the reason beakley got webby the night vision goggles wasn’t because spy things tm - but because beakley knows how webby is afraid of the dark and thought to go one step further than just glowy stars.

She got her a way to see in the dark should something happen or should she need to, to make her more comfortable

Beakley is not the FOWL impostor but she may become a traitor, in this essay I will
