May I just say that I consider your interpretation of Scrooge and Beakley’s dynamic to be the best one I’ve seen in the fandom?

Like, I ship them but in a sort of way that’s built on so much platonic love & trust — and I think your takes on that are really brill and refreshing.

You just KNOW she was just standing there watching with her cup of tea, while Donald was ringing the bell like a madman, like "Not yet, the limo has barely even started going up the hill, two more minutes give or take".

Thinking once again about Beakley and Scrooge post SoS and before the family moved in, and I'm going to be sick.

That's her best friend! They've been together through thick and thin, and she's seen him through highs and lows, but never like that. He's so hurt and angry, his misery has completely overtaken him.

Like, how do you miss someone who's right there?

He's like a shadow of the man she used to know. And she can't help him! Duckworth can't help him! Webby can't help him (and even if she could, it's not on her to fix him, she's a child, Beakley is not potentially putting her in the way of Scrooge's short temper and lashing out just for the chance it may work, no matter how much she wants for the two most important people in her life to get along.)!

He's pushing everyone and everything away, but he let her stay, so even if she could, she's not leaving.

Idk they make me a little bit insane.
