One of the reasons why I can't ship macaque sincerely with other people (one sided or crack is fine), is that I know the other person will always be 2nd priority compare to wukong. Even if macaque and wukong are completely platonic! Even if macaque is actively planning wukong death! Macaque would choose wukong anytime

Lmao it's even how I feel about Callum and Rayla from Dragon Prince, I love the absolute devotion. Rayllum is less messed up let's be real but Macaque is out here on another level the world revolves around Wukong
