I need people to understand something about retail jobs. Even if you see a sign saying that they hire at 15 or even 20 an hour that doesn't usually apply to everyone. Usually they only mean that for managers. If by chance they do hire at that pay then it balances out because they never offer full time positions. Those McDonalds workers may be getting 15 dollars but are only allowed to work 4 hours a week.
