I just watched Second Skin and I love the arc of Garak slowly going from „I need to be loyal to my planet and put the state before everything“ to „actually fuck these tyrants and conquerors“ Its so good!! No spoilers but can recommend Profit and Loss for this and Second Skin (so far). It is just so enjoyable to watch him slowly stop repeating the rhetorics he’s been taught and stand up for his morals.
