Fun Facts About Ingrid
She's fluent in Spanish!! Her mother taught her the language, and she often interpreted for Spanish speaking parents at Peter's high school
She tries to hide her Southern accent but a "y'all" or a "ain't", slip out at times
She has a small gap in her front teeth, spent hundreds at the dentist to get it fixed and HATES it. Otto thinks it's adorable and wants her to show off her smile more often.💜
She has an insect lab at home and named all of her bugs. She treats them all like her own kids. Much like her human students.
Her biology class has a pet mantis named Maya
Otto is the only person that can call Ingrid, "Mariposa" or "Mari" aside from her parents. She reserves those names almost exclusively for him.
Otto calls Ingrid his "Sunshine" or "Butterfly" just as much as he calls her other terms of endearment.
