The entire manga so far has long been a discussion about sexuality and consent. The main character literally had a breakdown in a previous chapter about how his sexual thoughts are ruining his life. The villain of the first part of the series was the personification of Control and used sexuality to control multiple characters. Denji has lacked any sort of sexual agency because he has no idea what normal human connection looks like.

If you were disgusted by what happened, I'm fairly certain that was the intended response. When informed by, y'know, actually having a level of media literacy, you should see that fujimoto didn't write this shit as wish fulfillment power fantasy. He has consistently shown time and time again that he is actually trying to have a conversation about sexuality and consent (makima, reze, his first experience with Power, his scene in the movie theater, etc.) and if your surface level response is, "gross, why did that happen in my shonen battle manga" you honestly have missed out on why denjis character is so compelling, and what the author has been trying to convey for 167 fucking chapters of the thing you have been reading.
