Emergency, please read

I’m gonna go straight with this, since I don’t like to make funds because that means I should expose my family to the internet and to mean people’s eyes, I decided to just make a post to let people know that they can donate to my PayPal account on ariagna_elena@hotmail.com, since I’m formally asking for your help.

Now the explanation: We don’t have anything to eat and we have serious economic issues.

As you may know, Venezuela is a country that has been going down since 2013, to the point that nowadays on 2017 there’s no food, you can’t find bread or mayonnaisse, you have to make huge lines to wait for people to give you one bag of flour, one bag of rice and one small bottle of vegetable oil. There’s not enough food and there’s not enough money to pay for said food if you find it anyways, because the inflation is so bad, so so bad that even if you gain enough money it will disappear in a flash in just three things you bought by luck, since you found them.

Let’s talk about me and my mom; my mom is an experienced accountant that can barely work thanks to her illness- yet that doesn’t stop her, what is making her feel helpless i the whole situation in this country, since she ctually gains very well, but it’s not enough to buy food. Not meat, no bread, no rice, no nothing. Right now we’re at a point that we can just buy one piece of french bread at day and being in debt, because my mom’s cards or mine don’t have money. My mom’s cards are empty since all we buy is food, she can’t pay them anymore. I even had to give up my plans and studies since the money I was planning to use for it I prefr them to go for my mom. I actually don’t mind, but it makes me upset that I’m not enough either with what I get from commissions.

What is worrying me the most is that she’s not eating well, and with this whole situation she’s barely eating. Thanks to my mom’s illness, her weight has been going down drastically- my mom used to weigh around 60kg. Nowadays my mother is around 38kg, is not healthy at all. And even if she can’t gain that fat back, I want her to at least eat properly, because I still need her in my life.

“ But ari, what will you do with dollars if your coin is different? “ Here’s the thing. As I mentioned before, I can’t find food here. Not rice, flour, pasta or mayonnaise, or canned food for emergencies. And If we find them it’s incredibly expensive. here, a refenrence for you- Eating at McDonalds is a luxury over here because is really expensive.

What I do is buying food via amazon and send it to my country via a PO Box, that’s where ll the money from my commissions go to and will keep going to. That’s always the plan, gain money and buy food there and send it here so we can have something to eat for at least a month. It’s sad, but I don’t have another way to put it, it’s the reality and there’s no one else but me who can help my mom, and it breaks my heart to see her like that.

I really, really hope you can udnerstand this situation, and I’m sorry I’m constantly looking for commissions and asking for help, but being in this country is harder than you think, with this situation.

One more thing- i know most of you are not able to help us, since I know most of you are students or have their own worries and things to pay for, but could you please reblog this post? that would help me a lot.

I will keep posting art hoping people can get itnerested in the things I do along with getting people interested in supporting me and my family.
