in light of recent events as well as a new rise in creating nazi ocs I think this post is an important one to have on your blog if you stand behind your jewish followers or are jewish yourself.

Conspiratorial (and possibly dark) theory on why the Celestial Realm participated in the exchange program.

Spoiler for Lessons 38 and 76 ahead

This theory is kind of based on the idea of the Celestial Realm (or mainly their government) being secretly corrupt and aggressive, so read with caution.

I was reading a fic about the revocation of Simeon’s angel status and someone in the comments was wondering why the Celestial Realm would send an angel who had such a close connection with the brothers and was teetering a little too close to falling would be sent to the Devildom. And the thought hit me… what if that was the point?

We know that there has been ages and ages of war between the Devildom and the Celestial Realm, and that this peace has been fairly recent. We also know the Celestial Realm is still teaching angels to hate demons (as seen with Luke). So it leads you to wonder, why the sudden change? Why would a place that still preaches prejudice would want to engage in a program that is supposed to get rid of that?

So I ponder… what if the Celestial Realm participated as a way to prove their prejudice? They send Simeon, an angel that has already been acting non-angelic and was close to falling before. In their plan, his connection to the brothers would lead him to do something big that the Celestial Realm could finally punish him for (such as stealing the Ring of Light from Michael). And then they can point to demons as the reason, saying they corrupt angels and that angels must be weary of them.

As for Luke, he is a clearly intelligent child, holding his own with high-school/college level work. It is also indicated that he might grow up to be a powerful angel. But he’s still a child, and as he is now, he’s not very powerful. As such, he wouldn’t be able to fend for himself very well if attacked by demons. And again, that was the point. The Celestial Realm intended for demons to take to bait of a weak angel child and try to hurt him. And then they can say that demons are monsters that attack innocent children and they should not be trusted at all costs. They just never took into account that demons, especially the royals and the brothers, would take so kindly to the boy.

So all in all, maybe the point of the Celestial Realm (1) choosing to participate in the exchange program and (2) choosing to send Simeon and Luke was not meant to fix the relationship between the Devildom and the Celestial Realm… but to make it worse... Maybe even to the point of war.

There’s of course also the theory that Michael’s punishment was just because he was jealous that Simeon was growing close to the brothers again. But that’s not a full on conspiracy and that’s less fun.

Kid Leona: *frowns a little* Everyone can tell those are fake animal ears. Your real ears are being covered with your hair.

Kid Leona: So what are you doing here? Don't tell me you're a bandit?

MC: Of course not! Though I would like to ask that myself.

MC: I don't know how I've got here and... Anyway, you're Leona, right? Leona Kingscholar.

Kid Leona: ...

Kid Leona: *goes on a defensive stance*

MC: Hehe, cute. I'm not here to hurt you.

Kid Leona: You're foolish to think that I will trust your words.

MC: I'm not telling you to do that. But I really need your help right now.

Kid Leona: Huh?

MC: Please accept me as your servant. Until I figure out how to return to my ti— I mean, home.

Kid Leona: ...

Kid Leona: Why not ask Falena? He's the heir to the throne.

MC: *smiles* *kneels before him* I would like to serve someone who's a king by heart.

MC: Please allow me to do that.

Kid Leona: ...

Kid Leona: Stop that. Someone might see you and say I'm bullying a servant.

MC: Oh! Not at all! Prince Leona, is no doubt, a considerate prince!

Kid Leona: *pouts* Shut up.

his confused face is adorable, he knows luke sort of "dislikes" him, more or less rightly like i wouldn't like someone who is constantly picking on me but again their interaction has a sadistic big brother viber vs easily angered little brother. Besides, it's cute that he still holds Luke so he doesn't fall…

There is a high probability that Mephis's clothes characterize a certain pattern of the type of demon that he is, from what I know he fits as a demon of pride and from what is read about him he is considered to be quite cunning so I guess the shape" demoniaca" of it would look something like an English knight with monoculars…. his horns can be inverted, growing from the back of his head with the tips forward… I don't remember if the animal he characterizes has already been disclosed but if not it is likely that he pulls something similar to one of the birds of paradise that have a beautiful color and are very chatty. Note: by his behavior with luci, I think that if luci hadn't fallen, he would have taken on the mantle of the Pride avatar

Yeah, I was planning to make a version of sinful!au with Diavolo and Barbatos.

I just have to finish Beel and Belphie's part 3 before trying to write Barbatos and Diavolo's version.

I would love to add Mephisto with the royals but I want to see what his demon form looks like first.
