I feel like having untreated adhd is something that literally runs your life purely because you can never function the way you want to? Like tell me why I was so stressed over a test that I wanted to study for since a week before it happened but I only touched the study papers the two day before. Or the fact I literally forgot about my loss and grief over losing a person I was deeply in love with my hyperfixating on other things until it was too late for me to be like allowed to feel that full grief.

Idk it just ruins me a little thinking adhd runs my life like this
