Wolf, Impa, Ranai, Rymnali And Kenmiku

Wolf, Impa, Ranai, Rymnali and Kenmiku
Given that I recently got into a bit of a Legend of Zelda hyperfixation, I figured that now would be as good a time as any to show off my MidLink fankids. Anyone who's seen my Ghosts From the Past stuff probably recognizes Wolf, but I've never posted or even drawn the rest until now.
Thanks to @cranb3rryb3rry and @serysem for inspiring me to finally draw these little guys.

(( Silly little preview for a thing I'm working on.

merfolk cheek "fluff" is one of those details that i'm deeply in love with but find a hard time bringing it up or mentioning it. in essence, it's the same structure as the larger "fin" (really a modified external gill), just without a "quill" that it branches off of. they're very thin, very delicate strands of skin that develop around the base of the fins and lead into them, helping to "smooth off" the area as it transitions and provide more detailed sensory information. they aren't as mobile as the larger fins, but they can still rise and fall and modify the shape of the fin, and can be used for some finer merfolk expressions.
being modified external gills and covered in delicate skin that's capable of a minor role in oxygen exchange, they're fairly fragile. merfolk beauty standards in the past have prioritized whole, undamaged fins, but in the modern era, risk of damage is much easier to avoid, and damage that is obtained is easier to heal. still, considering the amount of nerves in the same area, merfolk will be highly choosy in who they allow to touch the "fluff", and being allowed to do so is considered a high mark of trust.
that said, it does feel nice when someone scratches just that right spot.

FINALLY i was able to draw Miquella to go with my Malenia piece! I was planning on doing one ever since I finished Malenia, i just had to wait for the DLC so i could, yknow, actually see him lmao
Description:
Kindly Miquella prepares to leave behind his right arm, and eventually his entire body, in order to ascend to godhood. His alter ego, St. Trina, is entangled with him via flesh and hair, but she too will be cast aside. At each site of Miquella's sacrifices, he leaves behind a crescent cross made of his golden grace. These crosses mark his journey to the Divinity Gate, where he will finally ascend. Above the land looms the Scadutree, its black branches oozing and tangled with great ethereal shrouds that drape across the entire sky.

Here's the map all done! Exo-R 4202 or as known by its common name Kupatwa Nation!
I'm trying to see how I might be able to enable the notes to be seen because there's a lot of lore like EVERYWHERE. Some story spoilers too but I put a warning before the spoiler just in case. Soon as I figure this out I'll rb it.
