Hello hi!! Trying out Tumblr for the first time

Here's my little guy Milo

First three pages of a new sketchbook. Ignore the horrific Latin misspelling on the first page lmao, I was going from memory and I can barely write English.

The first two layouts where done without a pencil sketch to break it in proper. My rule is I’m using a limited gouache palette for this entire book, being the 9 colours swatched on the first page. I was gonna do the entire book without pencil but I got tired of it.

First page is my sona but past that it’s mostly my Dnd character, Kit, cause I was in a draw him and only him phase. When I play him he’s in his 40’s (Kenku so he’s around the human equivalent of 60) so this is all art of his past. And then there’s some plants I picked in the Rockies and taped in to fuck up the book more.
