Perfection thank you so much for this!!đ„° đ
Oh Veg I've had a rough week at work and I just finished my last shift today and I'm tired. If I can request a little Noist fluff to make it all better I will be a happy girl
Hereâs hoping the weekend is better for you!
This takes place in the DemonHunter!AU

âSo this isnât your full feral form?â Host asked, gently running his hands along Nightâs horns, feeling the bumpy texture and poking the tip with his thumbs to see how sharp they were. They were lying on the couch together; Host leaned against the armrest, and Night rested his back to his chest, eyes half-closed as he felt the otherâs hands basically massaging his horns. Unlike the average Demon, whose horns, claws, and tails didnât show unless they were feral, Night could summon his willingly, or at least the basic version of them.Â
âYep. Most would likely call this my true form, and when I go feral, the horns and claws grow thicker, longer, and even sharper. The tail stays the same, maybe gets a little longer, but I wouldnât notice since when Iâm feral, Iâm not aware of anything.â Night answered, voice getting a little slower the more he spoke, and he finished everything off with a yawn.Â
âIs someone getting tired?â Host lightly teased.
âNo.â Night muttered as his eyes fluttered shut when Host was back to rubbing his horns.Â
âI donât think I quite believe you.â Host chuckled, feeling Night relaxing more and more against him, putting his whole body weight on top of his torso.Â
âNot tiredâŠ.just calm.â Night protested weakly. He was losing his fight against sleep with each passing second, Hostâs voice sounding like a lullaby.Â
âHmm.â Host hummed and then continued humming a soft, deep tune.Â
âNotâŠfairâŠâ Nightâs voice started drifting as his body did the same.Â
âItâs okay, Night. You can rest. Iâll stay right here.â Host promised, pressing a kiss to Nightâs head, right between his horns, and was humming once more. Night couldnât even say words this time, just mumbling something before it died off, and soon he was gone to the world, falling asleep on his mate. âAdorable.â Host whispered as his hands dropped into a loose hug, allowing himself to relax, too, and eventually ending up taking a nap with Night.Â
Yes! I love this so much it's absolute perfection!đ
Ink Month 2023 Day 5
Hunt

Host casually spun his bat in a circle before having the lower end of it land on his shoulder, the metal spikes shining in the moonlight.Â
âSoâŠdid that Madrick fellow make that bat of yours?â Night asked, walking alongside Host as they walked down the empty street. A call got placed about some Demons causing trouble, and Host insisted on doing the hunt, and then Night insisted on joining.Â
âHe did make this one. After I experienced his mallet a few times, he offered to upgrade my usual weapon.â Host explained.
âWait, upgrade?âÂ
âYep.â Host stopped and suddenly had the top of the bat aiming right at Nightâs face. âBefore that, I just used a normal bat to bash in skulls as needed.â He smiled before putting the bat on his shoulder and continued walking.Â
âHoly shit.â Night cursed to himself, needing a moment to put his brain back, and then caught up to Host. âWell, hopefully, these Demons are just being troublesome teenagers, and you wonât have to use that bat on them.âÂ
âIâm hoping for a workout.â Host chuckled. Night began laughing with him before stiffening, the change in the air much more noticeable to him.Â
âYouâve got your wish.â Night quickly turned and easily caught two Demons trying to rush Host, throwing them aside and then leaping to where they landed. âDo either of you have any idea what you are doing?â He snarled his question, stepping down on one of the Demonâs chests and holding the other up by the front of their shirt.Â
âWe-We were told-told to.â The Demon in the air squeaked, feet kicking helplessly in the air. Night sniffed and noticed that they were both low-ranks. Another sniff told him there was a third one.
A middle-rank.Â
âDamn it.â Night dropped the Demon and turned, ready to launch himself again to save Host.
But that wasnât needed.Â
Host cracked his bat across the Demonâs face, kicking them over with a book to the chest, and then he stood over them, swinging the bat down on the Demonâs head over and over and over again until he was panting heavily and satisfied with his work. Host bent down, placed his hand into the mess that used to be the Demonâs head, and straightened back up, blood dripping down his palm and fingers.Â
âHost.â Night breathed out as he made his way over to him.Â
âI think this one thought Iâd be an easy kill.â Host chuckled, turning his head to where he had heard Night and smiling.Â
He was a mess as well, the blood on his hand, and he had more of it splattered across his face and chest. Night couldnât help the little growl that rumbled in his throat as he wrapped an arm around Hostâs waist and pulled him close, uncaring that they were standing on a Demonâs corpse.Â
âI think thereâs another kind of workout youâre going to have~âÂ
âI might need to clean up first.â Host tilted his head when Night started nipping at his neck.Â
âNo need.â Nightâs chuckle was deep in his throat before he hugged his arm tighter around Host and lifted him off the ground.Â
âYou dirty Demon.â Host teased.
âYou know it.â Night hummed playfully before taking off to get the two of them home.Â
The low-ranks that were left behind simply shared a look before scrambling to their feet and running away, deciding to pretend that all of this never happened.Â
I love it! That spice at the end tho yowza đ„”
Ink Month 2023 Day 14
Precious
Night was sitting on the couch in the dimly lit room. The TV had automatically turned off at this point, and the only light source was a dying lightbulb from a lamp across the room. He didnât care; he couldnât move. Host had fallen asleep during the movie they were watching, his head rested in his lap, and Night couldnât bear the thought of moving and waking him just yet.Â
âSo soft.â Night whispered to himself, running a hand through Hostâs hair. âSo peaceful.â He paused when Host hummed and nuzzled his head against Nightâs legs a little before going still again. Host was known as a threat, cunning, and able to take down middle-ranks and possibly even high-ranks on his own with just a bat, but when he was asleep, it reminded Night of what he actually was.
Human.Â
His Human.Â
Host was fragile compared to him, but he was still the most wonderful and precious thing in his life. Heâd fight and kill anyone or anything that would risk taking Host away from him. Night never thought heâd be with another again, let alone another Human, after what happened with Day, butâŠhere he was.Â
âYou are truly one of the most unique Humans out there.â Night knew Host couldnât hear him, lost in his dreams, and that made saying the words much easier. âI know there are several other Humans with Demon mates, well, âboyfriendsâ for some of them.â He softly chuckled, knowing that those who werenât claimed yet were likely to go down that route soon. Their adoration of each other was thick enough that Night could literally smell it. He honestly probably was radiating the same scent as he gently caressed Hostâs face, rubbing his thumb against his cheek before tucking it under his cloth blindfold and then removing it.Â
Night knew he had permission to remove said cloth when it was only himself and Host around. He and Edward were the only ones allowed to see him without it, never wanting to worry the others about the damage done to his face and eyes. Night didnât know the story behind the scars, though. He wondered if he would be told one day or if that would just always remain a secret.Â
âThey may be with Demons, but I donât think any other Human could be with the creator of them.â He continued as his hand slid down Hostâs neck and then paused just past the crook of it, right where a claim mark would be. âAnd, maybe one day, youâll be claimed by him as wellâŠmaybe even allow yourself to be turned into a Demon so heâll never fear losing you to age.â Night could feel that temptation crawling up his spine.Â
Host was asleep. Heâd have no idea it was happening until it was too late, and they could live their full potential together.Â
No.
He canât do that.
Not unless Hosts tells me that he wants it.Â
But until that day comes, or if it never does-
âIâll keep you safe.â Night kissed Hostâs forehead. That was the final thing to finally wake him.
âHuh? Night? Did I fall asleep again?â Host mumbled, opening his eyes and showing Night the wide, endless clouds that they were.Â
âYou did.â Night chuckled.
âWeâre never going to get to watch a new movie at this rate.â Host grunted as he sat up.Â
âIâd watch the same movie for the rest of eternity if it meant that you got some rest.â Night leaned back against the couch with another chuckle. âSince someone works himself too much.âÂ
âI do not work myself that much.â Host huffed, turning around and partially crawling across the couch until he found Nightâs lap and sat on it.Â
âReally? Because the last time I checked, I have to quite literally drag you from your office nearly every, well, Iâd say night, but itâs basically morning by the time I get to you.â Night teased, resting his hands on Hostâs hips.Â
âThen you should get to me sooner if itâs that big of the problem.â Host teased back with a playful poke to Nightâs chest.Â
âOr I could make it so you wonât be able to work the next day~â Night purred and tightened his grip on Host.Â
âIâd like to see you try.â Host would have been purring as well if he could.Â
âIs that a challenge?âÂ
âItâs a dare.âÂ
âGet ready, then.â Night stood up, lifting Host with him like he weighed nothing, and was out of the living room and to the bedroom in a blink.Â
