Hello new followers!

I seem to have a brace of new followers - hello! Pull up a chair, help yourself to a cuppa and a sticky bun…

(Very) quick introductions - I’m Fran, and I’ve somehow ended up spending most of my time when I’m not at work drawing a ridiculous little webcomic series called the Adventures of Mrs Hudson, starring Sherlock Holmes’ long-suffering landlady. 

A full archive of all of the Adventures of Mrs Hudson is here, in case you wanted to chart the somewhat alarming growth of Watson’s moustache over the last year or so (NB - this link might not work on the Tumblr mobile app; one day I’ll get round to figuring out why that is).

A quick guide to the main characters is here (I’m planning on doing another of these for the minor recurring characters, I just … haven’t had a chance yet).

The Adventures of Mrs Hudson updates fortnightly on a Tuesday, usually 10pm GMT (the next one lands tomorrow!), but in between updates there are usually plenty of ridiculous doodles, and you’re always very welcome at any time to ask Mrs Hudson (or me) anything you like.

Sorry the blog has been quiet - I’ve been feeling more or less as ill as Holmes of late. Time to stock up on vitamin C, I think!

My only new year’s resolution is to get the Adventures of Mrs Hudson updating schedule back on track.

I have a few ideas for the next episodes. And I reckon it’s probably time for a new banner for the blog. Let’s see how this goes...
