Its Almost As If CRWBY Doesnt Know How To Do A Coplex Character Who Going Through Tons Of Shit. Like

It’s almost as if CRWBY doesn’t know how to do a coplex character who going through tons of shit. Like they’d rather focus on making FNDM ships cannon because they think it will make the fans overlook all the other shit that’s gone down that should be talked about but instead it’s “OMG Lesbians yasss Queen you goo slayyy”.

Seriously, out of all the fandoms out there ours has a serious problem with rose tinted glasses, and it shows hard, especially in the big two.

I still want Jaune Arc to be happy

He's suffered more consequences than other characters. Has Suicidal Tendencies. Is the only character from the main two teams to actually lose more than win.

Lost Pyrrha (his partner & mentor) no other character has lost a member of their team yet. That must weigh on Jaune constantly if the V4 Pyrrha scene (which went nowhere cuz CRWBY) is any indication

Lost his chance at avenging Pyrrha (due to Cinder's Plot Armor)

His family never believed in him (which wasn't addressed in V6 when we met one of his sisters of course cuz CRWBY)

His own self loathing only increases with every mistake or failure.

He's convinced that his life doesn't matter as much as Team RWBY or Ren & Nora

The FNDM hates his guts almost as much as they hate Adam Taurus. Actually maybe even more since they're convinced he's just a good-for-nothing harassing creep that deserves to be CUCK'D or Killed

Truth is he probably hates himself more than Miles does writing him or FNDM does by just existing. He'd most likely rather leave the shield he has with Pyrrha's family than keep it cause he doesn't feel deserving of love. He's not invincible like Pyrrha. Quite the opposite, he's vulnerable. Extremely so. Maybe not physically due to his own feats of strength. But emotionally? He's falling apart slowly. He can hide his emotions but eventually they'll either consume him inescapably or drown him permanently.

Hate him all you want. But Remember if he dies, we would lose one of the more consistently developed characters in RWBY (regardless if his arc took to much screen time and has been messed up cuz CRWBY)

Captain Canady was genuinely my favourite character from The Last Jedi. He deserved better. Would’ve made an excellent officer in the (real) Imperial Navy.  Pride and a dash of honour mixed with a refreshing dose of bitter cynicism. “Rebel bombers inbound” - “Of course they are.”

Bring back Vic, he doesn’t deserve what he got

Qrow’s new voice actor announced

Kerry just wrote a journal talking a bit about how Volume 7 is going (apparently very well) and some stuff about panel questions at RTX and how you now need to write it in on the app before you can ask it (which to me seems like them trying to cut off people who were gonna ask about the RT Glassdoor scandal or Vic stans), and also assured fans that the panel would be recorded and put up on a later date and that he’d be doing a text summary after the panel wrapped.

However, surprising news was that he actually confirmed Qrow’s replacement voice actor after Vic Mignogna was removed from the role following sexual misconduct accusations, and the new actor is Jason Liebretch, a VA veteran who’s been working for over a decade. 

Jason is best known for his roles as Hei in Darker Than Black, Yato from Noragami, Mars from Black Clover, Mordecai from Borderlands 2 and most recognizable, Dabi from My Hero Academia. 

I’m very happy with the casting- Dabi proves he’s got a deep enough voice to bring Qrow to life, and I wish him the best in the role.
