First off I’m in loooove with this whole concept. It’s genius how well it suits them, but now I have to go lament the fact I’m never getting a M+L Renfield movie. Dean would’ve made a perfect Dracula (the clip of him singing that Bela Lugosi parody of Besame Mucho is *chefs kiss*)

Since if you accept ideas to draw here goes my idea, well it's not so mine, but the thing is that I've been asked to write a fic about Dean and Jerry with the theme of Romeo and Juliet, that question of impossible love, a curious comparison that I've seen a lot in this "fandom"

And well, if it's not too much of a hassle, I'd love to see some of your drawing about them under this "AU" or "theme"

Eh I love drawing prompts! It takes me time but it’s no hassle. Your ask was pretty open to interpretation so here’s a 2 for 1: a literal R+J AU and a broader take on your theme.

Conceptual illustrations aren’t my strong suit. They usually turn out a bit too stiff and stupid but here’s the second section:

I think one reason why R+J works with M+L is the element of tension: Two people are pulled apart by external/internal forces and ultimately find their own unorthodox method of staying together

I appreciate writers in dead(ish) fandoms that are still at it. I tend to have mixed feelings about fanfic, but the creative effort you guys put in deserves some recognition.

I was gonna ask where I could read your fic but I may have already stumbled upon it- either that or it just so happens an entirely different person is also writing a R+J/M+L fic- But ANYWAYS…
