At first I was trying to figure out why on Earth he would call her an orphan they all have parents

Then I realised what if Mischa's just repeating insults that were aimed at him. I mean he's the angriest boy in town surely he wasn't just standing angrily all the time he likely got the nickname from fighting or arguing with others. So him getting called an orphan a-hole is likely something he heard while arguing with someone.
