Hetalia exists in the Hetalia universe, but wait, there's more.

It's made a very popular manga series because it's basically satire, but wait, there's more.

The comic gets animated, but there's this big debate on whether to include linguistic differences. Ultimately, the animation company is like "fuck it, dub everything in japanese" but wait, there's more.

When the english dub comes out, a certain nation gets interested in a new and fun idea. but wait! there's even more!!

The nations all come together and make a 'fandub' of hetalia, but everyone speaks their own language. It turns out not being so bad. in fact, it's the most popular in-universe version of the show itself.
