PROLOGUE

☁️ LEE HEESUNG — you used to know him as only your older brother’s best friend.. that was until you started harbouring feelings for the 13 year-old boy. heesung was your first love and you couldn’t deny that. you watched as he grew into the kind person he his over the years and fell deeper for him. so there you were at the age of 10, writing your first letter even though you didn’t know much of what to write as you’ve only seen this happen on tv.

🎠 PARK SUNGHOON — you first discovered your love for figure skating (and sunghoon) when you entered the rink with your friends. as you laces up your skates you saw a him. he was skating ever so gracefully with his flowy white shirt and black dress pants. you completely fell inlove and soon found yourself visiting the rink often, you weren’t sure if it was to practice or just to see him though… and so there you were at the age of 12, writing your second letter as you recall the scene of him gliding beautifully across the ice.

💓 SIM JAEYUN — you don’t know when exactly you started liking jaeyun but you remember stealing glances at the aussie boy from time to time as he answered the all questions correctly in math class. so of course you had to ask him to be your tutor, just so you could spend a little bit of more time with your tiny crush. so there you were at the age of 14, writing your third letter when you were supposed to be solving the equations jake was making you do.

☕️ KIM SUNOO — you were working at your first job, and sunoo conveniently was there to help you anytime you needed. he had been the one to train you on your first shift and since then the pair became inseparable. one day, he notices the change in your demeanour and whips up your favourite, a matcha latte with a strawberry cake slice. that instantly brought up your mood and that day onward you started to see him in a new light. and so there you were at the age of 15, writing your fourth letter during your 20 minute break.

🌃 NISHIMURA RIKI — you first met riki on genshin impact. he joined your world because you were asking for someone to help you kill the pyro cube. to your luck he was an ayato main, and he helped you defeat the boss with ease. after you finished farming, he left, but to your surprise he sent you a friend request. you soon found him joining your co-op more often and you two did whatever the game offered, just so you wouldn’t end the session. so there you were at the age of 16, writing your fifth letter as you turned your pc off.

📞 PARK JONGSEONG — you woke up one day to the sound of loud beeping, checking to see if it was your alarm even though you didn’t set one…so what could it have been? you peeked your head outside your window to see a moving truck backing up. the house next door had finally been bought! and to your prevail, a good looking boy dressed in lose pants and a hoodie was the one moving in. you decided to bake him cookies as a house warming gift, and he gladly accepted. jay invited you to come over sometime when he finished unpacking and who were you to deny? so there you were at the age of 19, writing your sixth letter as you watched your new found neighbour move in.

🫂 YANG JUNGWON — you sat there crying your eyes out as he comforted you even though you were weeping for such a stupid reason. that's when it hit you… you were so caught up in everything and everyone else that you didn't realize the person who was there for you all along. the next few days you see the world had been brighter, flowers smelled lovelier, and yang jungwon was even more charming than ever. and so there you were at the age of 21, finding yourself writing you seventh (and last) letter as you think back to all the times you’ve spent with him.
