Counter Culture Concept: "Popular Artistic Hack of Mass Media"

Hello All, This month's conceptual design is more so an evolution of the underground culture of fandom alter existing popular entertainment media. Be it to splice Images, soundtracks, audio dialogue editing, and video editing at large. Yes, this is possible with today's video editing technology, but its not so much a cultural modality of expression amongst digital artistic youth. This is what I envision could be in the years to come whereby popular mass media, such as: movies, television episodes, documentaries, commercials, music albums are all Artistically Hacked. Not just by re-sampling a song here or there as by DJ's (disc jockeys) or other popular singers.

This is more to do with rearranging wholesale segments of popular media. Remember the days of the Tv series called "Mystery Science Theater 3000"? How the shows host and the robotic sidekick lampooned or riffed against the lousy B-Movies playing on the theater screen. Well consider this a artistic hack by riffing entire video productions as sources of entertainment. In Digital Shredding the source material and inserting ones own style or brand of art in its place. For example this will annoy if not excite sci-fi nerdom for sure. Take any "Star Wars" movie and re-score the musical soundtrack in the movie by syncing it with the appropriate action scenes. Using a movie musical soundtrack from a "Star Trek" film. If done respectfully it'll be appreciated and feeling the movie musically in a different dimension than the original work by a film studio. Another example take the 1996 musical film of "Evita (1996 film)" with Madonna playing the lead role of "Eva Peron". By tossing or shredding the entire soundtrack and inserting music from "Rihanna or Beyonce" into it. Other examples of digital shredding as an artistic hack is editing out a lead or secondary film movie role. Let's say still picking on Star Wars by removing "Han Solo" and reinserting "Indiana Jones" instead into the hacked movie. It'll take work to sync up usable action moves and thus creating new (sometimes animated) action moves with a digitized rag doll of the actor. If importing one movie's popular lead actor isn't your thing. How about taking an amateur actor and inserting their role into an existing film. Playing the lead or supporting cast role shredding existing scenes or creating fresh cut-scenes by hacking the film. A third example is sampling from my own concepts one of which I posted here in July 10th, 2013. Called "One Song, Multiple Lyrics" whereby the lyrics of a popular song are tossed or shredded completely. Giving new song writing talent a chance to recycle an existing song, perhaps inserting it into another genre of music altogether. Take your pick of any song by keeping the exact instrumentation, but just gutting the words to the song. Nothing is sacred be it National Anthems to church music to nursery rhythms, just pick a song and Artistically Hack it. A fourth example can be to leave the musical score in place and the video images. Just to partially or completely rework the dialogue in the movie itself. Show your prowess to either spoof the entire voice acted scenes or take it seriously and show one's talent for screen writing. By using an unknown talent pool of aspiring actors to be super imposed onto an existing movie or Tv series episode. A fifth example to really mess or Artistically Hack a film by inverting its movie plot entirely. Take the recent movie of "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies". By doing a mind bender and making the villainous orcs win against the forces of good against the dwarves, elves, and men. Tolkein fans will call this sacrilegious, but with Artistic Hacks using Digital Shredding there are no sacred cows. In many ways this is an evolution of the "Machinima" genre of grass roots video artists. Taking inspiration from video games and reworking scenes in video acting, sound effects, dialogue, plot, etc... Nothing will be taboo to the underground artist hacker trashing existing portions of popular mass media. As genuine modes of self-expression by the upcoming generation to lay their influence onto the world. Perhaps using it for activism, if not hackivism to promote artistically their ongoing struggles in whatever society they are in the world. Reworking: race, politics, religion, economical classism, sexual orientation, sports, additional lifestyle choices, etc... in their own Image and Likeness. Be it a surge of cultural identity or an ongoing manifesto seeking a voice for the voiceless. Of course just to bull shit is fine as well by not taking the world so seriously can be the most sane of all.

Humanitarian Concept: "Indigenous Mobile Hospital Deployments"

Hello All, First, I wanted to shrink from the scale of this conceptual design since I first saw the challenge posted at "HeroX.com". A site looking for Innovators to be matched to sponsors offering grants as rewards within particular niche challenges. I found one program that was sponsored by a Canadian accounting firm named MNP. Which has served aboriginal cultures of the First Nations, Inuit, and Metis populations for over 25 years time.

I Immediately had a flash of inspiration from my Intuition, but my heart began to sank when I saw the criteria submission guidelines. Not that they are unreasonable, just that two of the criteria I lacked the skills to source properly on my own. Since its stipulated that submitting incomplete material is rejected completely. Those variables were creating up to a 3 minute video presentation and bouncing my idea off an Indigenous person in Canada. Before resigning myself to apathy I decided to be a rather misfit Innovator and post the solution here instead at "Atrayo's Oracle". I had no realistic interest in the $35,000 Canadian grant award that was being offered by MNP.

The criteria of the idea challenge must be neutral in cost overlays budget wise. Besides requiring no governmental legislation to be enacted in servicing medical care in remote Indigenous populations in Canada.

My proposed solution to this dilemma is two fold including Canadian Army and Navy or Coast Guard assets. Since it requires to be addressing these 6 criteria overall as noted by MNP. Which are: Relevant, Culturally Appropriate and Inclusive, Cost Neutral, Flexible and able to respond to unique community needs, Action Oriented, Pragmatic and Sustainable, and Functional given current Legislative and Fiscal environment.

Given those parameters anything in the civilian infrastructure is incapable of heading into often remote wilderness encampments across Canada. Except for the Canadian Military forces which have at their disposal "Combat Surgical Hospitals (CSH). They used to be called (MASH) "Mobile Army Surgical Hospital" units as popularized by the comedy sitcom series depicted during the Korean War conflict. 

A military health care unit may clash culturally with the criteria of this being culturally sensitive to the First Nations, Inuit, and Metis cultures. However it can be made at least partially inclusive by including enlisted and commissioned officers that may represent such aboriginal identities across Canada. Perhaps even pulling out of retirement commissioned officers with Canadian aboriginal backgrounds to aid as liaisons with such a health care mission.

The deployment of a pilot program (CSH) "Combat Surgical Hospital" unit to the hardest hit remote tribal settlement in Canada. As a baptism to see how viable such an effort could work on land and at sea with a Naval or Coast Guard Hospital vessel for Inuit populations. I would envision personnel rotations of 3 month deployments, however the (CSH) encampment would persist all year long. In cooperation with local Elder government council and the military engineers could pick an appropriate camp site together. Thus avoiding any holy sites or other locations that would offend the local indigenous cultures. Perhaps situated on the outskirts of a township or a bit farther a field that is acceptable to the military engineers and the tribal government.

It states the most common medical unit deployments are that of the 44 bed variety, but can be scaled up to 248 beds, that requires at full deployment 600 personnel. Most likely the Indigenous Mobile Hospital Deployments would only use the 44 bed configuration. With appropriate support personnel including any military police units to keep order within the military camp itself. Without jurisdiction in the tribal townships, although in emergencies could only offer support help to the tribal police squad on site. The typical (CSH) medical services are that of a climate controlled patient care environment. With a pharmacy, laboratory, X-Ray (CT Scanners too), dental capabilities, and additional medical services. All of which is powered by robust generators that are brought on site to facilitate their deployment needs. Additional medical services I could envision afflicting many of these aboriginal cultures to date. Similarly encountered in the United States is a rehab treatment for alcoholism, suicide prevention (amongst the youth particularly), and any rape domestic shelters as needed. Public Town Hall meetings on a bi-monthly basis would help alleviate any misunderstandings between the First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples. With the Colonel in charge and support spokespersons on behalf of the military. Even a tour for the Elder tribal council to inspect the (CSH) unit once it is erected for the local indigenous citizens could be offered.

Many Canadian armed forces have helped over these nearly 2 decades in Iraq and Afghanistan with the coalition allied forces. Now that legacy knowledge of helping often remote tribal regions in Iraq and Afghanistan can be put to good use in their native soil. Canadian health care quality is known and promoted as top notch globally as Mrs. Laurel Wood mentioned in the above MNP video. However a notorious gap has afflicted the aboriginal First Nations, Inuit, and Metis peoples in healthcare viability. 

My proposed "Indigenous Mobile Hospital Deployments" is a potential step in mitigating these often unimaginable circumstances for irreplaceable cultures of Canada. Be it Army or Naval health care personnel deployed in (CSH) units or a naval vessel delivering first class medical care in remote locations. Any nation in the post-Industrial world is judged by how they care for their own on a societal basis regardless of need. Much like the United States faces or at times ignores the affliction of tribal nations out of convenience. By pretending that out of sight is out of mind behavior is not sustainable, nor humane as the so-called land of the Free and the Brave. Canada faces the similar dilemma on a societal basis on how they treat their Indigenous citizens. I hope this proposed solution mitigates some of the factors that have been entrenched for decades within the blessed nation of Canada.

How we keep close to the right influential people around us will become a hint as to what we value in ourselves. If we associate with moral people than we act in kind and the same is true if we associate with miscreants. Hello All, Good news once again my 3rd Volume of the Jewels of Truth series is finally heading to the printer database at my publisher iUniverse. It'll be anywhere from a week to three weeks when my 3rd volume is available for sale. However it will still be up to 6 weeks until all the major online book retailers have full access to the book title. Today's statement is rather more personal in nature as it describes my source of talent. Yes, I channel nameless Angels that usually just give me nicknames to call them upon my request. I do not have just one or two guides or angelic teachers in the Holy Spirit. There are various over a dozen if not more when I accomplish my sessions of automatic writing. Via clairvoyance or claircognizant written communication a guest angelic or spiritual master writes through me. Each topic perhaps gets a different author and on certain topics they repeat in appearance. I really don't account for it fully since I need to remove my human ego from the process to be a clear conduit without a sense of self. Hello All, Boy! this month of March has flown by so fast it leaves me humbled. That in the beginning of this month my recently debuted 3rd book was still in post production at iUniverse my publisher. These "Jewel's of Truth" spiritual wisdom statements being shared on a monthly basis from this segment all stem from Volume 3 of the text recently published. Since each volume of the "Jewel's of Truth" series comes with 365 all original spiritual wisdom statements and some contemporary proverbs. So keeping my head straight in what I'm posting is vital since I've been writing this inspired clairvoyant Angelic automatic writing for the past 20 years now. It's pouring out of me by consent and like I've stated before I'm behind the eight ball in publishing these volumes. 1070) Those souls that come to life fully and become alive heeding their true heavenly call. They are closely ready to engage life ahead of their current era of all mortal kind. It is a time that does not correspond to their conduct by divinities own sake. Being ready to offer all manner of heavenly progress in their surroundings can such delightful souls be "Vanguards" orHeralds in the "Holy Spirit". Leading from the front and setting in place the seedlings that will certainly blossom tomorrow. That tomorrow may come in their lifetime or it may come several lifetimes later as in all relative things in divine nature. May such vanguards know they have not failed for this is what has been foretold. In what is delayed is never denied by God's total manifestation in all that is governed by the "Holy Ghost". 1071) An infinity is oneness of many facets of the whole. Love is just being the greatest creative force to offer the most complete life. A life that is not weak but strong in a spirit that is abundant and unyielding in its own scope of totality. Love absolute is meant to build up and expand its presence as a force of good alone. So all creative forces out of a spiritual love last the ages and are universal in scope. Destructive elements that appear creative quickly become forgotten if not despised by only offering a suffering that does not last in principal. As such an Infinity that is oneness has all this and so much more to teach us who are its inheritors of this Creation.
