Smol Thing, But As Much As I Enjoy The Art Of Arlecchino As The Phantom Of The Opera Because It's Always
Smol thing, but as much as I enjoy the art of Arlecchino as the Phantom of the Opera because it's always very excellent, I kinda feel like Sandrone would fit the role of the Phantom better.
Like the book Phantom, specifically. The 2004 film works well for Arlecchino, but the book would fit Sandrone because she can take her whole face off to reveal the metal skeleton underneath.
There's also the fact that Sandrone is much more secretive and elusive than Arlecchino.
But yeah

I'm finding I'm stuck on writing. I need to write dialogue
More Columbina Roland
I'll make a full Black Silence mode Columbina eventually.

So, in Limbus Company, when you meet the characters for the first time, they don't immediately tell you what they are all about, they don't open up about their trauma or tell you their life goals to a person they just met. And many of them still haven't, despite the trials they have been through.
It's not going to be like Wriothesley saying, "thanks for helping me, here's my lore wiki page."
Limbus's approach is what I want to achieve through my writing, to not have a person's entire deal be shared immediately, just because they relate or it's revelant to the situation. That's what I meant when I said the characters will write themselves, it will be a slow burn. You don't know nothing about this person, but I want to eventually reveal things and hopefully you'll care about them.
Luckily, Sandrone is my hyperfixation, so I do have an idea for what she is like, and what motivates her, and how she feels about others and herself.
Hopefully I can make the characters deep.
Like Furina, while she is kind and intelligent, I want one of her flaws to be she is a people pleaser. Even if it's not what she wants, she will bend under pressure (like with her story event), and tell herself everything is okay, because people like her
Furina's story quest...
I'm not sure what I want to do with her SQ yet. Depends on her development when she gets there. You sure as hell are going to hate Aether though. He's my hatesink, fuck that guy.
But yeah, I'm gonna do stuff, it will hopefully be fun
I'll be honest, I'm really shooting by the hip with writing.
Not to say I don't have ideas for where my story will go, I have ideas, character arcs and flaws, themes, and worldbuilding all jumbled up in my head, but I don't have any plans.
I really need to write down everything so I can start connecting. Although, at the same time, I want the characters to write themselves, in a way
Too difficult to explain, brain rotted
