the destruction method

omg this method sounds super dark, but it's really not! i made this technique for people who struggle with intrusive negative thoughts about manifestation. this will help them destroy those thoughts, let's begin!!

first step, just find a piece of paper and a pen! doesn't have to be special or anything!

write down the negative thoughts about manifesting you get on a daily basis, i.e "i can't manifest ____" "my 3d is so slow at conforming" etc!

then you destroy it. however you choose to, ruin it. burn it, tear it, cut it, shred it, whatever.

as you destroy it, affirm "i am the new story" "my past negative thoughts have been destroyed" "the old story is gone" or some things like that!

if you ever think of these negative thoughts again, just affirm "the old story has been destroyed"!
