To be a woman is to perform.

can we please stop pretending like men are important. i don’t want to be taught how to lean into my feminine energy by being submissive to men. i don’t want to learn how to be softer and quieter to make men more comfortable. i don’t care what men want. i don’t care what they find fucking attractive. i don’t want my existence to be a performance for men. i don’t want to be sexualized by men. i don’t fucking care.

my suffering has no beggining, and i don't know if it has an end. its a curse that transcended in my bloodline, a pain that i inherited from the most tourtured women of my past, and that, affortunately, i don't have the will to keep spreading into further generations, at least not from me. i refuse to give birth to my own pain. i want a child, not a mirror of my soul.
