I am excited to share a little piece of my bachelor's degree final art project! I created a visual identification concept art document for a multi-platform puzzle video game called URNFIELD! It's designed as an experience mainly for mobile devices and inspired by bronze and early iron age burial rites that occured in the areas of modern day Poland and Central Europe. It combines puzzles with learning about the artifacts and burial practices of these prehistoric times :-))
Here's just a few arts, I'll be posting more soon!

On this day we miraculously escaped death But our psychology and our children remained devastated. Please, my friends, help me reach the goal to save my children’s lives and their future. Donate to us.

Hello! Can I ask for tips on how you keep faces consistent? Ty.
hi! of course :)
i won’t pretend i don’t struggle with this, because likeness and consistency is difficult! all of the below should be taken with multiple grains of salt because i am in no way qualified.
before i draw anyone, typically i will spend some time studying the heck out of them (or just obsessively consume media of them, unrelated to the art…), and try to pinpoint what exactly makes them look like them. what are their most prominent features/what stands out to you? what’s their face shape? what size/shape are their eyes? what shape are their eyebrows? what shape/size is their nose? prominent cheekbones? do they have sharp nostrils? do they have smile lines/dimples?
the most basic (and arguably most important) aspect of this is their proportions - break it down into the different planes/shapes of their face; how do they fit together? where is the weight sitting in their face, and what are the highest and lowest points? how would light hit these different shapes?
It’s also helpful to think about what you would include if you were drawing the most simplistic drawing of them - how would you be able to tell who they are?
the companion to this is reference pictures - try to find pics of whoever you’re drawing from different angles/in different lighting - this can help better your understanding of their features! don’t be afraid to use reference pictures - they’re your friend!!
it also helps to get a bit obsessed with a particular person or character and draw them a million times… get super weird about a character and i promise your art will get better :)
this was a bit of a ramble, but i hope it helped in some way
Hello, I hope you and your family are well. Can you please help me recycle the post on my account? 🌺 And help rescue my family from the war in Gaza? 🙏 Thank you.
