28. for sex against the wall

He was mindful not to just pin him, but Halsin had one arm braced against the wall and the other was tight at Astarion's hip. "Fuck," It was low - guttural, and Halsin made sure that he didn't press Astarion's face into the rough rock of the wall. "You feel so good, my heart." He said as his hips snapped forward. The pace was steady, and he buried himself to the hilt every time he sank into him. Halsin was careful to make sure that he kept his hand in front of Astarion's head so that if he did accidentally push him too far forward, he wouldn't end up faceplanting into rocks.

It was something about the battle, he didn't know what set him off, but maybe it had been the same way for Astarion. They'd both seemed as concerned over the other, checking for cuts or gashes or wounds and somewhere in the process Astarion had shoved his armor aside, and it had struck him just so, and it had ended up as a scramble to at least get their clothes out of the way. They'd been out scouting alone and hadn't expected to actually run into any sort of trouble. This was far better than battle though.

Halsin chuckled and nodded. "I am." He'd always heard it. Halsin was full of life and heat, but he knew his Wildshape could do far better than he could as far as keeping someone comfortable. "The bear would be the better option - would you like that?"

They were taking a couple of days before they pressed on, giving them all a chance to relax and recover a bit. Even without the presence of a tadpole Halsin still felt the creeping anxiety that spread across their companions.

"The water is great," Halsin said as he lazily paddled just enough to stay afloat. It was clear, crisp in a way that just felt clean - even the rocks that lined the bottom of the spring were the most beautiful colors, smoothed over from years of the water rushing over them.
