literally can’t stop thinking about this belos doesn’t even call her eda he just says ‘your mentor’ he doesn’t even remember eda’s name he only recognizes her as ‘The Owl Lady’ the one with the ‘horrible curse’ it really does affirm the fact that belos will blame ANYTHING for his actions than himself eda struggled with her curse for a long time but grew to understand it and accept herself and it’s implied that she helped Lilith realize the same thing they never needed to rid themselves of the curse the curse is apart of them belos never really understood the boiling isles his blind hatred made him target everyone just because and he was there for 400 YEARS anyways rip bozo good riddance
