My passion for cigars arose during my late teens. I’ve seen the community explode over nearly four decades. How amazing to see younger guys even more engaged in the world of cigars. The future is bright.

A year ago COVID sidelined me. Made me question my health and body type and the joy it brings me. One year later I’m proud to have regained 35 lost lbs with another 18 on top.

If a weight management nurse ever tells you that a 67 lb weight gain in 10 months is worrisome, just be polite and thank her for her concern. Frankly, it’s none of her business. My glorious tank has never felt nor looked better.

Sexy, swole and sweet.

A thousand times yes. 

We’ve all tried to lose weight at one time or another. It can be frustrating. Intentional gaining is a similar kind of thing. You still beat yourself up. When you’re going for the biggest waistline possible you still get frustrated. You may not be gaining as quickly. You’re running out of clothes. Food is expensive. I have to tune it out and celebrate what I’ve achieved. Every pound is a milestone in my body celebration journey and it’s only the beginning.
