Of course he'd be shocked finding out his darling is pregnant but darling is top priority.

He might become a lot kinder to his darling. Making sure they're well rested and have everything they needs.

He probably talks on and on to darling about their unborn child and how good of a mother they'll be.

It's honestly quite uncharacteristic of him being.

Of course he won't let other see how much it's getting to him but it really is.

He's going to do everything it takes to avoid his child from experiencing any like he had to.

Kars is not surprised what so ever when his darling is pregnant, after all he does want to revive his race especially once he's the ultimate being.
