It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you.

you’re going to find people that won’t leave. you’re going to find moments and hobbies you’ll keep going back to. you’re going to make a life worth sticking around for, i just know it <3.

If you are trying to manifest someone or something so that you can feel less lonely, go ahead and stop. It’ll be an endless chase, not because you aren’t deserving of what you want, but because your trying to ignore yourself in order to get what you want.

Ask yourself, “what am I running away from?”

It may feel uncomfortable sitting with yourself, embracing alone time, but I challenge you to go there. Don’t be afraid to see yourself. Don’t be afraid to be with yourself.

So if your hitting a lot of resistance, failed attempts to be with friends, partners, etc, it may be your sign to sit with yourself.

Get to know yourself as you would get to know a new crush or a new friend. Be understanding, patient and kind with yourself.
