What if this was the oh moment for Mike. Just seeing Will, objectively, doing something completely unrelated to him and smiling at his sister. Sometimes I forget to think about this moment. Because he realized something very quickly. Whether it was that he would have to tell her or what. He looked at Will and his face fell completely as he looked back at El. Did he realize he would have to talk to her? Did he realize what he felt about the painting was because he was looking at Will, not because he was hearing El's name? Did he have another moment he suppressed? This is one of those I brush over sometimes but it affects everything.

Okay what if the Byler kiss/confession/moment gets not interrupted per se but like cut short by somebody coming to find them or talk to them?? Not any less intensified, like they have their full explosive moment of passion and love with tears pouring down their face, gripping each other by the hair and intensely making out etc. for as long as it takes to give us the full effect but then fucking Steve or somebody has to call their names so they pull away from each other and the person comes in and sees them just crying and looking at each other, both breathing heavily for reasons unexplained. And the person, concerned, is like, "guys, is everything okay?" and Mike and Will never stop looking at each other for a second, both still crying, but Mike says, "Yeah, give us just a second, okay? We'll be right there" so that neither of them really have time to talk out what just happened, they only have time to process it as much as they are able. Will starts to even begin to speak, but they don't have time to hash it out right now, so Mike just cups Will's cheeks and wipes Will's tears with the tips of his fingers and says, "We need to go meet up with the others now, okay?" and Will is just full on sobbing but he's smiling too and says, "Okay" in a very "Cool. cool" scene parallel type of way. And then they share one more long kiss and the scene ends with them resting against each other's foreheads. Can anyone see the vision?
