Asexuality and aromanticism may not be common, but they are not abnormal. Nothing about asexuality or aromanticism is inherently unhealthy or deviant. They have not yet been widespread normalized, but they are normal and benign human traits.

Asexual and aromantic people are just as capable of love and compassion as anyone else. They are no better or worse than those of other orientations.
