kim mingyu’s all anyone could ever wish for in their life, really; he’s charismatic, attractive, has a good sense of humor (most of the time…), while also being insanely sweet, caring and amazingly good at cooking. so how could he turn into anyone’s enemy, you ask? well, much to nobody’s surprise, your heart decides to fall in love with him. over and over again. and while your heart keeps loving him, the man of your dreams decides to keep breaking it. over and over again– 3 times, to be exact. and while loving is easy, it surely comes with a lot of pain. that’s why you decide to try to hate him instead. try. because hating him is more difficult than loving him, it seems.

If someone told you that you’d be standing on the doorstep of Kim Mingyu’s dorm on February 14, contemplating on knocking on the door and bearing the embarrassment of him seeing you there, looking as pathetic as ever, you’d for sure curse them out and tell them to stop joking. However, this all is not a joke– it’s the cruel reality; and although the image must look pathetic, you finally decide to do it and knock on the light-washed wood, standing tall as you wait for him to open the door and laugh you in the face.

The relationship you and Mingyu have is rather complicated. Some would say you were past lovers (and this was far from the truth; I’m telling you right now just in case you were wondering), some would even go as far as saying you were enemies– which would be much closer to the truth, but you wouldn’t say this label fits just right.
