Spell For Weight Loss

Spell For Weight Loss

Spell for weight loss 🦇

I created this spell to help me lose weight and suppress my appetite. Hopefully it will help you as much as it has helped me.

You will need:

Green tea (metabolism)

A mug, preferably white

Ginger, in whatever form you have (health, metabolism)

Lemon juice (cleansing)

Honey (cleansing, long lasting)

A pinch of cayenne pepper (strength, metabolism)

Red candle (strength, beauty)

White candle (purification, new beginnings)

Pencil and paper

Skin safe marker.

Optional: Amethyst (health, connection to your higher self)

Best performed early in the morning, during a new moon, after fasting for at least 12 hours. Remember that intention is the most important thing when casting spells!

- Light the white candle to purify your space. Light the red candle for strength.

- Do your preferred pre-spell ritual. (If you don’t have one, there are several on the internet to choose from or piece one together)

- Create a sigil. I made two different ones: ‘I lose weight quickly’ and ‘I am not hungry’. Making your own is the most effective (if you know what you’re doing) but I can share mine if requested.

- Prepare the green tea. Gather everything within arms length.

- Add the ginger, lemon, honey and cayenne pepper to the tea. Add each with intent and stir.

- Grab the marker and draw your sigil on your body. I drew mine on my stomach. Chant the meaning of the sigil aloud or in your mind as you draw.

- Hold the mug in both hands, close your eyes. With each breath in feel energy from around you gather in your lungs. On each breath out focus the energy to the tea. Repeat until you feel satisfied.

- Drink the tea and feel the energy flow into you. Feel it fill your stomach, take your hunger and cleanse you.

- You can focus additional energy and intent into yourself.

- Close the ritual in your preferred way. I take a deep breath and blow out the excess focused energy as I blow the candles out.

And you’re done!

I didn’t eat that day, as I didn’t feel hungry, but made sure to drink a lot of water.

To restrengthen the spell you can carve the sigil/s on a red candle and burn it when needed.

Good luck!

Kitchen Witch Recipe: Illness Protection Tea

This is a tea that I like during the fall and winter months because of the warmth, but it's also a helpful little potion for wellness.

Ingredients

Ginger tea for healing

Cinnamon sticks for cleansing

Lemon slices for purification

Cloves for protection

Honey for comfort and warmth

Instructions

Simply brew your tea. While it's steeping, add in the cinnamon, lemon and cloves (I didn't include quantities because the flavor profile comes down to preference). Before drinking, add a little honey and stir either clockwise to invite healing energies in or counterclockwise to banish illness.

As you stir, you may want to call upon any deities associated with healing. I usually invoke Apollo for this. If you don't work with deities, simply channeling your intention and working with the healing energies is also a good option.

How to set a curse upon anyone

It's no secret that I'm a baneful witch. I don't hide from the fact that I don't fear consequences for my spells and neither do the people I set forth my wrath had tried to retaliate. I'm not here to judge anyone for wanting to set forth harm unto those that wronged them, I am merely here to teach you how to do it properly.

So here it goes:

Like any good spell there are components to making an effective curse. First, it's the intention. No good spell is complete without the intention in mind. All spells, remember, start off with the mind. So imagine the curse' affliction on the target. Imagine the curse making your tormentors suffer all the pain they've put on you.

Visualize their pain, fear, and suffering and relish in it. If you can't relish it then that's when you cut it out because this act is not for you. Putting curses on people is not for the faint of heart. If you can't find peace in their pain then focus on healing yourself instead. It's the only thing you can do at that point.

Second, a good spell needs a power source. This can be through the gods you worship, your soul, the energy in the atmosphere or objects and herbs you have around your house. You can pray to gods and goddesses of wrathful demeanor to carry out the curse for you. Or you can feel then bend the energy in the atmosphere then visualize it hitting or stabbing your target. Or you can burn or charge the object or herb of your liking and let the curse manifest.

And lastly, emotions. Or lack there of. This one will entirely depend on your own disposition to your emotions. Raw anger, resentment, deep sadness, or a pit of darkness deep in your stomach are all valid emotions that will tether your curse in reality.

If you do the curse right then you should see results in the near future.

That's it. Keep your head high, you'll get your revenge soon enough.

Purification Oil

As the title above suggests, this is an oil that's great for your purification needs. Dress candles, use it to draw cleansing sigils, etc.

Bay leaves

Lemon peel

Thyme

Rosemary

Olive oil to cover

Place your herbs in a jar and seal. Store them in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks to a month to infuse.

While preparing the oil, you can enhance the energies by making this more of a ritual. Light white candles as you focus your intentions. Charge the oil with crystals by placing crystals for cleansing on or around the jar while it infuses.

How to use crystals

Crystals can be used in various ways to harness their energies and benefits. Here are some common methods of working with crystals:

Meditation: Hold a crystal in your hand or place it nearby while meditating. Focus your attention on the crystal, allowing its energy to support your meditation practice and enhance your intentions.

Crystal Grids: Create a crystal grid by arranging multiple crystals in a specific geometric pattern. This combination of crystals amplifies their energies and intentions. Select crystals that align with your goals and place them in a pattern that resonates with your intention.

Wearing or Carrying: Wear crystals as jewelry or carry them in your pocket or purse throughout the day. This allows you to benefit from their energies and keep them close to you as a reminder of your intentions.

Placing in Your Environment: Position crystals in your home or workplace to enhance the energy of the space. You can place them on a windowsill, desk, or any area where you spend time. Choose crystals that align with the desired energy of the space.

Charging & Cleansing: Crystals absorb and radiate energy, so it's important to cleanse and charge them regularly. You can cleanse crystals by placing them under running water, burying them in the earth, smudging them with sacred herbs, or using other methods that resonate with you. To charge them, place them in sunlight, moonlight, or on a selenite charging plate.

Intention Setting: Before using a crystal, set your intention and focus your thoughts and energy on the desired outcome. Program the crystal with your intention by holding it in your hands, visualizing your intention, and speaking or mentally stating your affirmation.

Healing Practices: Crystals can be used in various healing practices, such as placing them on specific parts of the body during meditation or energy healing sessions. Explore different crystal layouts and techniques that align with your healing needs.

Remember, each crystal has unique properties, so it's essential to research and understand the specific attributes and energies of the crystals you are working with.

Trust your intuition when choosing crystals and experiment with different methods to find what resonates best with you.
