Before Seokjin could even take a breath, Jungkook and Jimin bombarded him with questions as soon as he stepped through the door. Visibly overwhelmed, he turned his gaze to Namjoon in search of help. “We weren’t gone that long, were we?”

Namjoon shrugged and let the statement sink in for a moment. “Well, we said an hour and a half, and you guys were gone for over three hours. I’ve been worried as well.”

A smile spread across Seokjin’s lips. “We’re fine. We even did some grocery shopping.” He gestured with a thumb over his shoulder toward the car. “Maybe you guys can make yourselves useful and bring the groceries into the house.” His gaze fell first on Jimin and then on Jungkook. “Or Jimin, please bring them inside. Jungkook, you might want to take care of Y/N. I think she’s a little worn out from the trip.”

Jungkook nodded and was out to the still open door. Jungkook saw your silhouette in the passenger seat and started jogging. Your head had felt heavy, so you leaned it against the window pane and closed your eyes. When you heard Jungkook approaching, you lifted your head and a second later he slowly opened the door.
