people really mean it when they say healing takes time it's like 3 years later. why am I only just able to do stuff now. suddenly back to a normal amount of energy and surprisingly unusual lack of negative thinking and also I've actually been able to sit and do something I wanted to for like 3 hours. and like. my brain didn't avoid doing it because it was a thing similar to badtimes activities.
