Me, internally: Having my day structured in such a way that if I can resist eating for one 50-minute interval I won’t be able to eat for the rest of the day, therefore making it easier to fast and helping me lose weight more quickly so that I can be at my GW before Halloween. Not to mention that I’ll be getting a ton of exercise during Theatre rehearsal so I’ll probably start dropping pounds like a madman.
