How many double cream shakes do you take each day?

Thanks for asking.

Currently I do just one a day. It took me a few weeks of messing with the recipe and getting my body to cope with that level of fat being poured in to it. The cream can mess with your intestines and stomach for a while.

But, now I’m used to it, it’s one a day for this week and then I’ll alternate between 1 shake on one day and 2 on the following day for month or so. Then look at another increase.

I’ve reduced the amount of milk I was adding to it. That has made it less bulky and easier to consume in a short period of time. When I started it could take me a full 24 hours to get it down me without too many bathroom breaks due to the fat content.

Now I’ve adapted to it the taste and thickness doesn’t affect me.

At over 3000cals per shake, this should really start adding the blubber.
