Hes actually silently cursing at you. Like in his head. The best ass insults even, and he cant talk due to his fucked up mouth so he just stares at ya and theres a big ass silence between you two. And he tries to keep his cool.
If youre lucky, he wont throw anything back. If not, then get ready for something flying your way. Its usually a towel or a smelly sock.
Hes a softie on the inside, so he wouldnt actually throw something dangerous at a person unless theyre bad/its an enemy.
