Another watercolor exercise, the last page of my current sketchbook! Model: Melvin from @croquis-cafe.
A recently finished excersice/self-portrait about digital painting trying to be traditional painting. Another practice for my illustration projects, mostly. And in (almost) full colour!
I had as a reference a picture taken by @fatibern so I invite you to follow her on Instagram (same username) and look at her awesome work.
I decided to keep practicing color and “traditional-like” digital painting and portrait a bit more. This time with fan-arts of the frontmen from my fave bands, something I have got planned for quite a while.
The first one of the series is Manne Ikonen, singer from the band Ghost Brigade.
The second portrait of the series is Patrick Walker, from the band 40 Watt Sun.
And the last one of the color studies features Marco I. Benevento, from the band The Foreshadowing.
