I just saw someone say the words "jokingly gaslight" this might be a good time to reintroduce the internet to the terms "lying" or perhaps "pranking" or even just "joking" on it's own

We need to stop pretending that words and context don't coexist. There will be no more public safe spaces to just say words, and this will cause people to go to private sites and servers to say hellacious things to people and really mean it.

Just in time for Pride month, the "Queerest Place on the Internet" is attempting to crack down on fags like us for self-identifying with slurs, rather than doing something beneficial like reducing the large ever present transphobe/terf population. Having your own personal blog is honestly quite a nice change of pace compared to Reddit. I could put a funny GIF of George Bush getting hit by a shoe on here and the worse case scenario is that no one even notices.

You put that on a big subreddit and you get your eyes gouged out and a heap of political discourse underneath your post.

I have a small tattoo that is a ray gun with the main ship from futurama as the design and color choice(its meant to be a combination of a ray gun and it has the ships colors, a fun flash piece). It's a fun little piece that sits on my right knee. The day I got it, someone criticized me for being too young to have seen the whole series and made an ugly face and I felt embarrassed for no reason but just said something to the effect of "yes, I have seen the whole serices up to day like 3 times". I honestly hate gatekeeping so much because, literally, who cares? I am a 24 year old woman who was born in 1998. The show came out in 1999. I watched a LOT of TV and videos. I STILL watch a LOT of TV and videos.

It's been like 5 fucking years now and I still think about her disgusted face. Fuckin' grandma(chick is older than me, like 30s now).
