I JUST NOW REALIZED that ko-fi donations are marked as business transactions in my paypal account, and that each of them comes with the person’s address and a little “ready to add shipping info” tag on them so i’m going through every time someone has kindly given me a couple dollars in the past. year? and marking them all as “order processed” so I don’t get in HUGE trouble for not putting shipping information on these “orders” WHY… ARE THEY PROCESSED THAT WAY… why aren’t they processed as DONATIONS?

CALLING ALL ARTISTS

I’m organizing an upcoming Lapidot centric fanzine, along with @cottoncandyhorse based on one of the most popular ships in the fandom! As a hardcore shipper of the ancient water goddess and an angry little slice of pie, I’m very excited to be putting this project together!

Now I know some of you are thinking: Wait what’s a zine?

Well A Zine is a fan-illustrated & organized art/picture book, think something along the lines of a comic book or magazine but with colorful pictures! Sometimes zines are done completely by one person but this one will be a collaborative effort!

SO! What I need right now? Well to put it simply artist sign ups!

Now I want to make this clear: Don’t make any pieces yet! We’re in the early stages and there’s still allot of work to be done! Such as finding a printer, calculating a price, etc. However, before all that we need artists to collaborate with!

The other thing you may be thinking is: Will the artists be compensated?

Of course the answer is yes! Artists will get their own copy of the finished zine with the expenses of shipping paid for of course!

When is the Zine coming out?

We’re not quite sure yet but we’re aiming for sometime this summer! It all depends on how well pre-orders go, and how soon artists are done their pieces. I will be releasing pre-orders when size and cost of the book is determined!

So how do you apply? Well it’s easy!
