messed around in some SU rp roblox games with my friends and that ended with us all making new gemsonas!! Very fun!

I got to rewatching the show while making mine and it was so good when you dont have randos on the internet telling you its bad! also not having to wait months between steven bombs this time made the pacing feel so much better!!!

My gemsona is Tugtupite. I was inspired by the gems on homeworld that are scenery. Like the walls Steven says Hi to, or the comb Blue uses.

Combining this idea and Tugtupite's ability to glow under UV light I made the gem's job to be a glowing statue. Still finalising their homeworld outfits but I'm basing them off the flowy look of greek statues with some more homeworld elements added.

I changed the gems glowing property to just be that parts of their body can glow, not related to UV or anything. Still thinking if they can turn this ability on and off at will.

For my personal Tugtupite, her glowing is tied to her emotions, stronger emotions = Stronger glow. She's shy and timid taking a while to properly warm up to her new companions. :0)

it feels kinda aphobic how people are constantly shipping mach. she is canonically aromantic. AROMANTIC.

and don't say "oh aro people can date aro people can love" yes but not all of us??? by giving her microlabels or straight up ignoring her aromantic orientation just to ship her, you're treating aromanticness as an obstacle, something that's blocking her from being in love with someone "like she should be". unless the devs confirm that she's romance positive, which I'm pretty sure they have literally confirmed the opposite, it's really shitty to insist on shipping her.

aromantic people are not broken. we do not need to be fixed. mach and all other aromantics, fictional or real, are completely valid to not feel romantic attraction. mach does not need love to be happy, and you do not need her to be in love for you to be happy.

AOUGH I use gifmaker! its really easy to use, but a little annoying since you cant get rid of images once you upload them, and it has ads.

but likeeeee its free! And its fairly simple to use :)
