Gijnka! idk if gijnkas r supposed to always be fully human designs but idc cus I like this Bill I made ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ I feel like he's too much of a freak to look actually human lmao

btw yes ik I didn't draw a neck it's on purpose, I wanted his face to kinda resemble a shrunken head and also it's fun if it can float around independently of his body (⁠・⁠∀⁠・⁠)👍
