Aw im sorry ;-; I honestly think that having a DS is better than having a Wii or a PlayStation because for 1. You can’t take a Wii or a PlayStation with you on a road trip or something, plus you always have to plug in the controllers to let them charge, and the graphics (on the Wii at least) are quite blocky; and a DS also has heCCiNg POKÉMON GAMES. The closest I’ve ever gotten to a Pokémon game is this red pokedex thingy I used to have (actually I still do) as a kid. I’ll try to find it so I can post a picture of it on my Tumblr if you want to see it. But don’t worry, if you still want a Wii or a PlayStation or whatever console sometime in the future, you can always save up money and buy one :3
