ngl it's been ages since i've actually written an irl friend encouraged me to get back into writing
she asked me to start simple and challenged me to write on the prompt "ocean" within 50 words here it is:
blue. blue, blue, blue. riding the tides, meeting the sky. deepening, broadening into the horizon. unending, unrelenting, unforgiving. as if, the looking-glass of nature itself personified. ancient, primordial, pure. it creates, it destroys. it tears asunder all that it is not. the majestic, merciless blue, with guttural a roar, rages.

ok but hear me out: cfv pokemon au thoughts
- aichis got an emotional support gallade named blasterblade
- kai gave it to him when they were young except it was a ralts back then (kais the one who gave it the name blaster blade because hes an overdramatic nerd. aichi secretly renamed it ahmes because he's the type to give pokemon normal human names)
- when giving ralts to aichi, kai tells aichi that this pokemon doesn't look like much right now, but it'll grow into a strong and brave hero. and it'll be aichi's choice if he wants to grow along with his pokemon
- ralts is attracted to positive feelings so at first it shies away from aichi because it can tell that this boy is definitely Not Happy at all
- eventually though it realizes that aichi becomes incandescently happy whenever he interacts with or trains ralts, since even having ralts around reminds aichi of that nice boy who encouraged him at his lowest point
- and that sort of happiness is so warm ralts can't help but be drawn to it despite its owners withdrawn and meek mood the rest of the time
- aichi adores and loves on ralts immensely, confiding in it whenever he feels sad or lonely. they form an incredibly strong bond, and ralts evolves into kirlia thanks to that
- later on, it quickly evolves to gallade thanks to the dawn stone aichi's hoarded away for this exact purpose, and also out of the feeling that it has to be strong enough to protect aichi from bullies
- when aichi runs into kai during his pokemon adventure, kais surprised to see a hypervigilant gallade hovering at aichis side and glaring kai down
- gallade feels a deep turmoil from his previous owner and it wants None Of That near its current owner so it definitely takes a stab at kai out of protectiveness. but aichis like WAIT WAIT WAIT HE'S NOT GOING TO HURT ME. so it has to begrudgingly stand down </3
- honestly aichi's whole team of pokemon is ready to shank some bitches for aichi just because aichi loves all his pokemon so purely and deeply that they feel his affection and would do anything to make sure he's happy. plus they are aware that their owner gets bullied a lot so they're all slightly overprotective
- idk the rest of his pokemon team but i Do know he has a little luxray named wingal :-) wingal bites ibuki on yhe ass like in vanguard if but real this time
