Mafia Mike and the TVA

-Okay so basically Pat used to work at the TVA. He kidnapped Mike from the Italian mafia so he could give him a better life that doesn’t include leading the mafia. Pat’s brother, Mobius, confronts him because that choice messed with the timeline. Pat steals Mobius’s TemPad and uses it to escape through time with Mike.

-Since the JSA and ISA cause a lot of chaos, it was easy for Pat to remain undetected. Part of the reason why he built S.T.R.I.P.E. was so he could protect Mike, even if it means using his robot to fight the whole TVA.

-Mobius, knowing that his brother is just trying to do the right thing, does less than the bare minimum to try and find him. Besides, the TVA starts to get busier and busier once the Avengers form and soon most of the focus is on the timeline.

-Mike’s biological parents, the leaders of the mafia, never stop trying to get their son back.

-The events of Stargirl continue as usual, except Mike has no idea that he is adopted (or kidnapped). He thinks Pat is his biological dad, and he doesn’t know who his mom is. Pat never talked about her, and once he married Barbara, Mike got the best mother figure he could ask for. 

-When Courtney’s biological father shows up and leaves, Mike starts to wonder about his bio mom. But the whole JSA vs ISA stuff happened and once again Mike forgot about it.

-When Mike killed Icicle without remorse, Pat became concerned. At first Pat justified Mike’s reaction- Icicle almost killed Barbara, and was going to kill Courtney and Yolanda. Mike saved his sister and friend. But then Pat saw how Yolanda felt so guilty for killing Brainwave, despite all the horrible things the villain did.

-So Pat became worried that Mike somehow inherited his biological parents’ lack of remorse when it comes to death and violence. Don’t get him wrong, Pat knew that if something happened to himself, Courtney, or Barbara, Mike would be sad. But aside from their family and friends, Mike seemed to have no regard for what happens to those who want to cause harm to his inner circle.

-Dare he say it… mafia mentality?

-Before he could ask Mike about it, his TemPad (that Pat modified so he knows if the TVA are nearby) lights up. Pat tracks the signature to a junkyard and finds his brother there.

-Mobius tells Pat that he needs to give Mike up. Pat refuses and tells his brother that he doesn’t care about what happens to a timeline where the mafia is all powerful. 

-Mobius doesn’t want to fight his brother so he tells Pat “If I could find you, they can too, eventually. Figure out a way to stay hidden.”

-More chaos happens when Cindy, Eclipso, Shade, and the new ISA shows up so Pat and Mike are safe… for now.
